Meet Sithisa

Sithisa is a registered Industrial Psychologist with a special interest in career development, psychometric assessments and wellbeing in the workplace. 

She works with individuals, teams and organisations by providing people development solutions to human capital challenges. Her industry experience spans across fast moving consumer goods, petrochemical, mining and higher education. 

She is committed to making a positive impact and uses her voice to make psychoeducation accessible to people from all walks of life. Through her work and in her practice, she intentionally promotes the inclusion of mental health in human capital and workplace management.

Sithisa has contributed research on the barriers that inhibit women from being successful in the C-Suite. In her field, she is intentionally guided by her passion for giving people a voice and shedding light on the experiences of women in the workplace. She believes that giving people a voice empowers them to challenge the status quo and create a future of their own design.
